Been coming here for almost two decades. Bought a used van and needed to clean it top to bottom. Pulled up, blew out the engine bay with a leaf blower. 10 minutes later, englewood police is rolling up saying I was dumping concrete and coolant down the drain. Didnt even get a chance to wash my van. Ill do my best to never be back. Guess this isnt the spot to clean and wash my vehicles. Good Luck Phil.

Went here solely based on the owner trying to find out what isn't working so they know what to fix. Vacuums are great. Water pressure is awesome and soap is plenty. My car is now shiner than it's been since I bought it.

The vacuums are cheap and they last long enough to vacuum your car and the soap is really good but the reason for three stars it's because of the timing for washing and rinsing your vehicle. You swipe your card once you get 4 minutes afterwards every swipe is 1 minute and 40 seconds tops. They don't have a button to add more time so you have to swipe your card every time you ran out of a minute and the price does add up quickly. I spent $10 for approximately 6 minutes of washing my car! Please fix this issue, until then I'll be using a different car wash

Definitely unexpected. Had a low pressure due to air in the system yesterday in one of the bays. Was okay with it though for what I was doing. Today I went back in a different bay and had same issue. Owner was there who came over and without dating a word dropped extra coins down to extend my time. I mentioned the other bay and we discussed the problem and he explained part of the system. I continued with my truck then he popped back over and added another fifteen minutes on the timer. He felt bad about the issue and wish he had known sooner about the problem. Great business ethics and definitely cares about customer appreciation and not out to get your money. Highly recommend this car wash and will call about any future issues (which I've had none till this) since he explained that the sooner he gets the call, the sooner he can address the issue so fewer people are affected.

I feel the pain of customers who have wasted money on this particular car wash experience. I've used this location many times and have been mostly satisfied but today I used the bay closest to A-1 scuba and was disappointed to find the "wash" cycle was out of soap. The guy next to me had plenty so not sure what happened. Wish I could contact someone but no telephone numbers listed. Basically, I could've used the hose at the house but sadly I wasted $6 this time.
